The future is now

… was the motto again at Lüchinger+Meyer on 14th of November. Twelve girls and boys accepted the invitation to the National Future Day in our Zurich office. We were delighted about this new record number of visitors and the youthful enthusiasm in the middle of our everyday work.
After the traditional look over the shoulder of their parents, relatives or godparents in the morning, the engineers and designers of tomorrow set off on their way to the top. At the major WolkenWerk construction site, they were able to gather exciting live impressions of construction under expert guidance and enjoyed the dizzying view from the high-rise towers.

In the afternoon, the pupils successfully tested themselves in model making. Afterwards, the miniature replicas of the arrival hall at St. Gallen railway station and other successful exhibits were proudly presented. We would like to thank the young visitors for their great interest and all those who were involved in designing the programme.
We can look into the future of engineering without any worries!
