The new overbuilding in the triangle Leutschenbach-/Hagenholzstrasse forms the start of the district. It includes three residential towers (Werk B, C, D) and one “trade fair tower” (Werk A) including base level constructions. In the base level areas for gastronomy, trade, industry and medical supply are intended, the trade fair tower is solely reserved for commercial premises and offices.
The high-rise buildings and the base level construction will be realised in massive construction. The individual building parts have strongly varying support structures. The horizontal stiffening of the high-rise buildings takes place by centred cores, the vertical load-bearing over at the ceiling edge arranged pillars and the development-cores. The base constructions CD are carried out in bulkhead construction with, in the ceiling UG integrated transfer beams. The courtyard CD will be covered with an up to 40m stretched, overgrown rope construction.
