The huge architectural event Open House Zurich, which will experience its 5th edition in the city on the Limmat next weekend, is already casting its shadow. The Open House Zurich PLUS+ supporting programme puts you in the mood for the upcoming event with a series of events in advance. We are delighted that the Zurich Schlotterbeck areal will be part of this year’s preliminary programme. “Architecture | Structure | Photography | then Sausage and Beer” – this uncomplicated, but nevertheless promising lineup invites the interdisciplinary interested audience to a series of lectures on site.
The speakers Christian Hönger (Giuliani Hönger Architekten), Hans Seelhofer (Dr. Lüchinger+Meyer Bauingenieure) and David Willen (Studio Willen) will look back together on the challenging conversion and transformation of a former Citroën garage into an extraordinary residential and commercial complex. Each lecture will look at the award-winning project from the perspective of its own specialist area, which is what makes the event so special.
