AIA Award 2019 for TIRPITZ
TIRPITZ, the extraordinary museum in the Danish dune landscape, wins the prestigious architecture prize AIA Award 2019. Our structural and façade planners, who significantly developed the project alongside the BIG Architects, are very pleased about this special honour. A total of nine buildings have been honored at this year’s award ceremony by the American Institute of Architects.
The AIA (American Institute of Architects) recognizes the best works of contemporary architecture, regardless of budget, size, style and type. These awarded and impressive projects are showing the world the spectrum of outstanding works that architects (and their partners) creates and underscore how buildings and spaces can improve our lives.
