Guggach from a bird’s-eye view
The bird’s-eye view provides new and impressive motifs and makes it possible to experience the complexity of construction. This is also made possible by the new drone photos of our current construction project, the Guggach housing estate in Zurich-Unterstrass.
On behalf of the UBS pension fund, Lüchinger+Meyer, Knapkiewicz & Fickert Architekten and HRS Real Estate are building a new complex with 230 apartments and a kindergarten at the base of Zurich’s Käferberg. The pictures already show the striking ground plan of the buildings, which already marked the success of the competition.
