The new housing estate consists of two residential buildings with eight upper floors and an underground garage connecting the buildings. Due to their complex geometric shape and arrangement, the buildings form a circular courtyard situation. In the center of it, a pavilion used as a kindergarten was built, whose partially bush hammered and ornamented fair faced concrete wall surfaces have an original design.
The basement (130m x 120m) is flat-founded and will be built entirely in reinforced concrete. The residential buildings consist of concrete flat slabs, core and partition walls, concrete columns, and other bearing walls in masonry. In various areas, loads from the upper floors are transferred to the load-bearing elements below via intercepting slabs.
In the kindergarten, the sloped roof surfaces of reinforced concrete form five shell structures that rest on the load-bearing interior walls and columns.
