Development of a concept for the independent assessment of structural planning, which is intended to ensure the specified technical structural quality, identify risks and generally increase the planning, cost and schedule security of structural planning, with a reasonable expenditure of resources as support for the Office for Land and Buildings (AGG) of the Canton of Bern.

Implementation of the technical controlling of the structural design according to the developed concept for all projects of the AGG since the beginning of 2010.
