Kick it like L+M
Once a year, Lüchinger+Meyer drops its usual collegial attitude towards the (Zurich) architects and meets them in sporty rivalry on the football pitch. Unfortunately, at the end of the 16 th Architects’ Football Tournament on 30th of June, the shirts of our kickers remained without the Master Star. In the last sixteen final, our team found its champion in a nerve-wracking penalty shootout in neff neumann architekten. This was preceded by a convincing preliminary round, which Lüchinger+Meyer were able to finish as a sovereign second in the group.
We congratulate our team to the respectable success under again exhausting hot conditions on the playing fields of FC Sonnau in Zurich-Wollishofen and congratulate the medal winners of the tournament. Our thanks go to the Architekturforum Zürich for the exemplary organization of this successful sports event, which once again provided a good opportunity for private encounters and discussions with planning partners away from the daily work routine.
