An attractive new quarter is being built on the grounds of Grossmatte in the Littau district of Lucerne. As a social and ecological settlement the district offers plenty of commercial space and around 450 new apartments. Deon Architekten and Lüchinger + Meyer won the Suva competition for the development of zone A.
