Three stars for the best
The insight into the winners’ gallery of the “best architects22” awards triggered some joy at Lüchinger+Meyer. Not one but three projects in which we played a part were awarded the prestigious blue star by the international jury, which has been awarded as a “seal of approval for outstanding architectural achievement” since 2006.
The Centurion Tower in Brugg/Windisch received the award in the residential/multi-family housing category. Here, our facade engineers supported the planning of the new high-rise building by Schneider & Schneider Architekten.
The structural engineers of Lüchinger+Meyer, meanwhile, worked alongside camponovo baumgartner architekten and GFA Gruppe für Architektur on the award-winning projects New Construction of the Aemtler D Care Building (educational buildings) and Renovation of the Museum to DSI Center, University of Zurich (interior work).
