First plant at the garden high-rise Aglaya
The topping-out ceremony of the Aglaya residential tower was celebrated on September 20. The straightening tree is the first green, decorating the later garden high rise. The structural engineers and facade planners of Lüchinger+Meyer accompanied Ramser Schmid Architekten in the construction of the building from the competition to its completion.
The project was fully implemented using BIM technology. The two towers with 16 and 22 storeys are to be ready for occupancy by 2019.
