Capstone is set for district center Friesenberg
The structural engineer’s work in the district center Friesenberg in Zurich ended yesterday with concreting the last storey ceiling. Thanks to the two stages of construction, the appearance of the completed settlement can be seen already today, as the builings of the first stage were completed and occupied in late autumn 2017.
On behalf of the Familienheim Genossenschaft Zürich, Lüchinger+Meyer and Enzmann Fischer Architekten are building an attractive and forward-looking residential and commercial development on the site between Schweighof- and Arbentalstrasse. Based on the success of a competition, more than 100 apartments and various catering and commercial spaces will be created by 2019.
